Perth weather: a little drizzly today, warming up on the weekend

Staff ReporterEastern Reporter

JUST a typical wintry day is expected for Perth, with a very high chance of showers today.

The Bureau of Meteorology has predicted a top of 18C with possible rainfall of 2-5mm.

It won’t be too windy either with westerly winds of 15-25km/h expected through the middle of the day before tending south westerly in the evening.

More of the same is predicted for Friday before it fines up for the weekend with sunny conditions and a ‘whopping’ 24C expected for Saturday and 23C on Sunday in one of the warmer weekends we’ve had in a while.
