POLICE have charged a man after he allegedly set fire to a commercial property in Bayswater last year.
Police allege that on October 15, 2017 at around 7.45pm a 44-year-old man from Murdoch gained entry to a premises and set fire to various items, causing around $240,000 worth of damage.
The man from Murdoch has been charged with criminal damage by fire, burglary and commit and possessing controlled weapon.
