MAJOR Crash officers are investigating a crash in Tardun where a Dianella woman died at the scene.
About 6am on November 28, a white Toyota Hilux was travelling west along Pallotine Road when it crossed to the wrong side of the road and crashed into a bank of dirt.
The 19-year-old driver, who was the only person in the car, received life-threatening injuries and died at the scene.
