Police investigating suspicious mosque fire in Mirrabooka

Arson Squad Detectives are investigating a suspicious fire outside a mosque in Mirrabooka early Sunday morning (August 26).

About 12:20am, emergency services were called to Masjid Al-Taqwa, a mosque on Boyare Avenue mosque.

Department of Fire and Emergency Service personnel put out a fire that caused damage to some chairs and a tree.

The fire caused some smoke damage inside the mosque.
