Centre staff invited children to decorate their own red poppy as part of an artistic installation commemorating the centenary of the Gallipoli landing, while the Mirrabooka Senior High School performed.
Centre manager Leanne Chaproniere said the activity aimed to engage children in learning about the Anzac legacy.
After Anzac Day, the artistic installation will be donated to the Nollamara RSL.
