BRASH blazers made from repurposed clothing and fabric is one of the main creative garments up for sale as part of the Garage Sale Trail in the Town of Bassendean.

ScrapClothFabric designer Julie Paterson used repurposed fabric and transformed them into blazers.

Community groups, residents and schools have signed up to host a sale from October 20 to 21.

Garage Sale Trail co-founder Andrew Valder said he wanted to see people selling old clothes and give them a “new life” so they do not end up in landfill.
