Students learn about ‘super’ foods

Cook Rhiannon Birch visited the school to teach students how to cook her winning WA Signature Dish ” lupin and za’atar crumbed Dorper lamb cutlets.

The key message of the cooking demonstration was highlighting to the students the super food lupin, which is a legume high in protein, dietary fibre and antioxidants.

It is also low in starch and is gluten- free.
