But for Galleria customer service representative Lorna Hayden, her family is not limited to the people who live in her home.

"I've been working here for 20 years, so I've seen a lot in that time," she said.

"I've watched children of regular shoppers grow up, then seen them bring their children here " it really is a bit like a family."

Mrs Hayden, who herself has two adult children and two grandchildren, said her family meant the world to her.

"I just love family life and the family contact I have," she said.

"It means so much to me."
