Two women charged over Nollamara burglary

POLICE have charged two women over an alleged burglary in Nollamara on Sunday morning.

It will be alleged that about 2.45am the two women were in Constance Street.

Police say one of the women entered the victim’s house while the other stayed outside as a look-out.

The one in the house removed the victim’s wallet from her handbag and left, meeting up with the other woman outside.

Police say they immediately began to use the credit cards to purchase items.

A 25-year-old Nollamara woman has been charged with one count of aggravated home burglary and commit, two counts of stealing, four counts of gaining benefit by fraud and one count of attempting to gain benefit by fraud.

A 22-year-old woman from Doubleview was charged with one count of aggravated home burglary and commit, one count of stealing, four counts of gaining benefit by fraud and one count of attempting to gain benefit by fraud.

Both women are due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today.
