WA Police searching for man with no nose in relation to Mirrabooka assault

NOBODY nose where this man is, but WA Police are on the hunt for him in relation to an assault and robbery in Mirrabooka recently.

Perhaps he’s the victim of an extreme game of got your nose? Or a relative of Voldemort.

The composite image posted on the Western Australia Police page has been shared more than 200 times and is quickly going viral.

“Police K9 units are having a hard time tracking him down, apparently he doesn’t smell,” Stefan Wright wrote on the post. 

“I hope somebody nose something that can help,” Matt Gee added. 

Jokes aside, on Tuesday, July 31, in Dianella about 5pm a 17-year-old boy was walking through the Alexander Bunya Reserve, near Alexander Drive, when he saw two men near some trees.

One of the men approached him and demanded he hand over personal property.

When the victim refused to hand it over he was assaulted.

The second man joined in and also assaulted the victim.

After a short time the two men ran from the scene with the victim’s mobile phone and were last seen heading towards a nearby supermarket.

The first offender is described as dark skinned, aged in his mid-20s, approximately 175cm tall, of slim build, with short cropped hair and with an Australian accent.

At the time of the incident he was wearing a dark blue t-shirt, tracksuit pants with a white stripe on the side, and sandals/thongs.

The second offender is described as being dark skinned male, in his mid 20’s to 30’s, of medium build, with a short Afro hairstyle and an Australian accent.

At the time of the incident he was wearing a dark t-shirt, basketball shorts and sandals/thongs. He was in possession of a black/dark coloured BMX bicycle.
