WORK has well and truly started on the redevelopment of Stirling Central Shopping Centre in Westminster.
The plan is to raise the carpark and include offices and shops on the same level as the adjacent Victoria Road.
There will be a new-look Woolworths supermarket, a new BWS bottle shop and upgraded malls and amenities.
