I AM at a loss to understand the City of Stirling's decision to put more bins on the street (Stirling Notices, Eastern Reporter, April 21).
For multiple dwellings, it makes sense to have a single bin pickup, saving time, fuel and space for pickups. Streets are already awash with bins left out 24/7 at some units.
It would have made more sense to reduce the number of bins on verges, making it safer and cleaner.
