HERE we go again: our local Federal MP Michael Keenan, and the sloth-like City of Stirling, sipping cups of tea and trumpeting the opening of the Mirrabooka Multicultural Centre.
Again the ratepayers of Dianella are neglected, as they have been forgotten for more than 50 years, while Federal, State and local governments continue to pour many millions of dollars into Mirrabooka, which has to date given nothing back.
If you are prepared to assimilate, multiculturalism is fine; but it is high time the largest suburb in Stirling, Dianella, was given a long- overdue facelift and fair go for its ratepayers’ dollars.
No more excuses, what is planned for Dianella in the immediate future?
