Fly many flags. Opinion

LIVING in the great multicultural country of Australia, I support Town of Bassendean councillor Paul Bridges in his motion to fly the rainbow flag outside the council chambers… providing by its side flies the flags of all the other ethnic groups living permanently in Australia.

Furthermore, I suggest similar action quickly be taken to festoon Parliament House in Perth with similar flags, as it is presently seen as a drab and ugly abomination that fails to attract hordes of gawking tourists.

Gee, it would really give the public something to laugh about.
