Poetic praise

I don’t mean Mary, Jean or Brian,

But all-time favourite Margaret Ryan.

Do parties still make too much noise,

With screaming girls and shouting boys.

Bus drivers who are not polite,

Dogs that wander day and night.

Now weary readers don’t complain,

Again to see Ms Ryan’s name.

She tries to make our suburb

better,

By taking time to write that letter.
