Stop Blocking Footpaths

I AM not sure what has triggered this; however, over the past couple of weeks the footpath all along where I live is again blocked in various spots by cars parked across it.

This is happening on any day and at anytime day or night and people tend to forget, ignore or just do not know that this is against the law.

Not only do fully able-bodied people have difficulty navigating around these vehicles but also the people in the area who are in wheelchairs, maybe pushing children in prams or are walking along with young children on bikes or other things such as scooters are even more at risk.

Please, do not block the footpaths.
