Very bad timing

I would go further and say it is a blatant disregard for the people’s health.

By virtue of having an ACROD sticker it means that the person cannot walk long distances and as far as people sometimes in the past exceeding the two-hour limit.

That is not the person’s fault but the fault of the clinic they are attending or having to wait so long in emergency departments or the inpatient admission procedure not being streamlined enough to get things done in the two hours.

When people are frequently attending hospitals, whether as a patient or a visitor, the last thing they need to worry about is whether they need to take out a mortgage to pay for the parking or hike for miles to get into the hospital.
