Acton Ladies Group hosts annual Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser

The event ambassador spoke to more than 100 guests at the Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club in Peppermint Grove about a healthy lifestyle and how she balanced her career with life outside work. She also gave a food preparation demonstration.

The Ladies Group has supported the Biggest Morning Tea for several years, with women from around the real estate network and their associated companies coming together to raise funds via a charity raffle and donations.

As well as supporting a range of worthwhile causes, the Ladies Group allows members of the Acton network to meet, share ideas and be inspired by the success of other women.

Acton chairman John Coleman said the group events sought out successful women in other fields to share their experiences in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

“These events have proven to be so popular that in future we will be inviting many of our equally successful clients along to also enjoy the day,” he said.
