LUXURY has come to Rockingham with the release of Azure Beachside Apartment’s second stage.
Responding to popular demand, the complex has evolved to contain more top-quality apartments with beach views.
Developments general manager Jarrad Sizer said the popularity of the larger, luxury apartments had come as a surprise.

“People in Rockingham want a high quality product and it is owner-occupiers which are buying, not investors.
“The apartments are perfect for local downsizers who want to live near the beach, know their neighbours and enjoy peace of mind.”
The original plans contained a mix of apartment sizes but in response to buyer interest, the eight-storey building has now been carefully redesigned to provide the larger, resort-style apartments with large balconies and abundant living space buyers are searching for.
“We’ve changed the whole design to focus on the bigger apartments, by dropping the number of apartments from 90 to 50,” Mr Sizer said.
“We’ve kept all the same facilities, but now residents will share with fewer neighbours.
“This will let residents become a small community of the four or five people you share a floor with.”
Containing stone benchtops, floor-to-ceiling tiled bathrooms, ducted airconditioning, built-in robes and many more features, the complex is due to be complete in late 2017.
“It’s close to cafe, parks, the beach and it’s the sort of place you can leave the car behind,” Mr Sizer said.
“Many people downsizing don’t want stairs and they also want the ability to lock and leave, letting them travel without worrying.”
