THE $70 million Subiaco apartment development Botanical is quickly being brought to life, with its “topping out” celebrated this week.

The Edge Visionary Living, Hillam Architects and Jaxon teams marked the milestone on site at 74 Price Street opposite Subiaco Common.

“Botanical is a clear testament of the collaboration between Hillam Architects and Edge Visionary Living to redefine apartment living,” Edge Visionary Living managing director Gavin Hawkins said.

“It connects the vibrancy of a premier inner-city location with the tranquillity of a stunning parkland setting.

“We are pleased to have one of Perth’s finest apartment builders, Jaxon, managing the construction of this premium project, with residents expected to move in before the end of the year.”

The six-level, two-basement project features 74 apartments and rooftop amenities including a 25m heated infinity pool, resort-style dining and entertaining facilities, spa, sauna, steam room, yoga retreat areas and outdoor cinema.

Solar-powered heating for the pool, solar power to the common areas and electric car charging capabilities are among the sustainable design principles.

Eight apartments remain for sale, with two-bedroom apartments from $780,000 and three-bedroom apartments from $935,000.

Botanical is one of two large-scale developments by Edge under construction, with Vantage RiversEdge Apartments in Rivervale due for completion next year.
