Caporn Young to stage auction extravaganza on Saturday October 29

‘The Big Call’ aims to see dozens of properties promoted together and then auctioned in a single, action-packed day.

While it is more common to hold multiple auctions in one location, this event will see the each auction held at the relevant property.

Caporn Young chief executive Richard Young said that for buyers, the entire process of registering and bidding would be streamlined, with a staggered schedule allowing people to attend as many auctions as possible and maximise their chance of a successful purchase on the day.

“Rather than spending every weekend in the lead up to Christmas attempting to buy their next property, buyers can make a concentrated effort on October 29 and have the best shot at walking away with exactly what they have been looking for,” he said.

Ten properties are already booked to be auctioned and, with a team of four auctioneers available, head of marketing Patricia Cheah said they could double that amount.

The first auction is booked for 10:30am. n
