Capricorn Yanchep estate cuts property prices

Keren BellosEastern Reporter

CAPRICORN Yanchep estate has cut new residential land prices, with select blocks from $175,000 until the end of the month.

Estate project director Jarrod Rendell said most of the discounted lots in the Footprint, Summerhome and Seaside releases are within 600m of stunning beaches and major parks.

“The estate is unique in Yanchep because it directly fronts the coastline, which means that all residents at Capricorn have very good access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Perth,” he said.

“With interest rates at record low levels, now is a great opportunity to take advantage of the competitive land prices and build a new home at Capricorn Yanchep.”

Mr Rendell said Capricorn Yanchep had proven popular with buyers because it was in the thriving township of Yanchep, with mature trees, parks and family infrastructure.

“The estate is a private master-planned community which already has new schools, shops, medical centre and a variety of other social facilities that will take years to develop in other residential developments,” he said.

These amenities include the new Woolworths at Yanchep Central, Yanchep Beach Primary School, local cafes, tennis court, footy goals, walkways and public art installations.

Land at Capricorn estate ranges from 300sq m to 1274sq m.
