Chance to turn Perth house into home

Keren BellosEastern Reporter

Until November 27, Cedar Woods is offering land purchasers at six of its WA communities a prepaid $5000 Visa card as part of the “make it your home” campaign.

The projects include The Brook at Byford, Byford on the Scarp, Bushmead in Hazelmere, Ariella Private Estate in Brabham, Emerald Park in Wellard and The Rivergums in Baldivis.

WA state manager Ben Rosser said Cedar Woods partnered with stylist Erin Lovell from marketing agency Creative ADM to provide professional advice and style guides to buyers.

“One of the biggest joys of building at a Cedar Woods estate is the opportunity to furnish and decorate a home from scratch,” Mr Rosser said.
