Dinner gives insight on apartment life

Natalie HordovEastern Reporter

The Vita development has been designed by renowned Melbourne architects Elenberg Fraser, and Asko appliances will feature in kitchens of the one- and two-bedroom residences.

Invited guests were treated to a home-cooked meal and kitchen experience, giving them the opportunity to see the high-quality, premium appliances in action.

Asko senior business development manager Gerry Fazio and national cooking products manager Phill Cormie flew in from Sydney to host the event.

Georgiou Developments executive director Jon Smeulders said the dinner party experience was well received, with the Vita display apartment giving clients a ‘hands-on experience’ of apartment living.

“At Georgiou Developments, we offer unrivalled quality with premium specifications – and a key element at Vita is the gourmet kitchen with its pyrolytic oven, induction cooktop, rangehood, fully-integrated dishwasher and fully-integrated refrigerator,” he said.

“This, coupled with fully ducted, reverse-cycle airconditioning with wifi control, expansive balconies and many other unique features, makes Vita a great project.

“With so much choice currently available to apartment buyers, our approach has always been to demonstrate the quality and encourage visitors to the display to compare us to our competitors.”

To experience what is on offer at Vita, visit the onsite display apartment, located at 35 Northwood Street, West Leederville.

It is open Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm-2pm. n
