Built by Dempsey Construction WA and designed by Zuideveld Marchant Hur, the six-level building consists of 51 luxuriously appointed apartments, a gymnasium, pool, sauna and an onsite gourmet cafe.
There are also two floors of basement parking, including storerooms.
Dempsey Construction has won the Best Apartment Building for two consecutive years – it was awarded best multi-unit development under $50 million for Bluewater Scarborough in 2015 – and has again created a selection of apartments and villas focused on lifestyle and quality.

READ NOW“The Falcon building was the first stage of the Taskers residential development and has been finished to the standard specification similar to that of Bluewater,” Taskers developer Gary Dempsey said.
“This level of quality is to be implemented across the remainder of the Taskers development.”
Awarded for the attention to detail and considered design elements, the Falcon building offers the highest standard of acoustic control found in any new multi-unit development in WA.
Double-glazed windows were fitted to commercial frames, along with an acoustic party wall system to rival any other apartment development.
The feedback from residents has been overwhelmingly positive.
