Harcourts WA celebrates its successes at gala night

HARCOURTS WA network celebrated the successes of 2016-17 at a gala dinner at Crown Perth last weekend.

Chief executive Paul Blakeley said it had been a good year for the group, with sales and listings up.

“In a declining market, we’ve managed to increase our market share in the Perth metropolitan area against our major competitors,” he said.

Harcourts Mandurah was the big winner, receiving the awards for Top Office Revenue of the Year, Top Office Revenue per Sales Consultant, Top Customer Service Office of the Year, and Property Management – Business Development Office of the Year.

Individual members of the team also took home a swag of awards including: Lee Perry (Top Exclusive Lister of the Year), Ben Hatch (Top Sales Consultant of the Year – Settled Sales), Abbey Charles (Office Administrator of the Year), and Liza Hogan (Property Management Business Development for Top Individual).

Harcourts Applecross’ Eric Hartanto was named Sales Consultant of the Year, while Harcourts APG managing director Richard Morgan received the prestigious Roy Weston medal.

Mr Blakeley said Mr Morgan was a disciplined and highly motivated person, and had proven time and again that he was dedicated to the continual improvement and enhancement of the client experience.

“Richard has a career spanning almost 27 years and number of awards and recognition already to his name,” he said.

“He has a wonderful knowledge of all things real estate, is well respected and supported by his staff, and has a particular interest in the growth of Harcourts in regional WA.”

Harcourts Integrity took home the award for Property Management Excellence – Office of the Year, and Harcourts Alliance was named Property Management Revenue – Office of the Year.

Harcourts Regal Gateway’s Bernie Francis received the individual award for property management excellence.

Rising Star of the Year was presented to Shane Ross, Harcourts Ross Realty.
