PROPERTY buyers in the northern suburbs could have more money in their pockets following the launch of new incentives at Atlantis Beach estate.
Until the end of September, select lots in the Two Rocks development’s Blaxland release, which range from 300sq m to 436sq m and start at $119,900, come with a $22,500 bonus.
This includes rent up to $9000 paid while the home is under construction, front and rear landscaping, and boundary fencing installed. A reduced deposit of $1000 is also on offer.
In the Constellation release, which comprises 56 lots ranging from 271sq m to 600sq m and starting at $135,000, there is a $17,500 incentive on offer.
The first 30 eligible buyers will receive a $10,000 rebate once the house slab is down and a $7500 fencing and landscaping package.
Atlantis Beach project director Jarrod Rendell said first-home buyers particularly would find the incentives attractive.
“It makes it much easier for them to get their foot onto the property ladder in a prime beachside community,” he said.
“This affordability is also underlined by the fact that Atlantis Beach has very affordable house and land packages.
“As an example, we have partnered with Homebuyers Centre on a fixed priced house and land package for first-home buyers for $250,990 that includes features such as a gourmet kitchen, quality floor coverings throughout and window treatments, as well as external paving to the entertaining, driveway, path and front door.
“From $206 in weekly repayments, astute first-home buyers can now gain an entry into a community that provides an amazing opportunity for affordable coastal living.”
More than 6000 new homes and community features, including five new schools, shops, medical centre and more than 41ha of parks, are set to be constructed at Atlantis Beach over the next 15 to 20 years.
