Lakelands lots close to town capitalise on new retail precinct

The seven sites in stage 64, which range from 313sq m to 390sq m and start at $164,000, include two facing Black Swan Lake.

All have 12-16m frontages and are a short stroll from the lake and its future landscaped area set to feature a children’s adventure playground and picnic facilities.

The lots are 2km from the Lakelands town centre site, where construction is underway on a major retail precinct scheduled to open mid-2017 and feature a Coles, Kmart, Aldi and 40 specialty stores and service providers.

They are also near Mandjoogoordap Drive, which will provide direct freeway access when complete.

The Peet estate’s existing amenities include two lakes, landscaped parks, a private high school and a public primary school, with two more schools earmarked for future development.

Lakelands Private Estate is already home to more than 1400 households, with a further 1000 set to join in coming years.
