Mac Homes meets demand in Gosnells

Keren BellosEastern Reporter

Mac Homes has completed 13 two-bedroom apartments on each of Clara and Holland streets following strong interest in the area from first-home buyers, downsizers and investors.

Sales director Michael Knowles said they had identified and responded to demand for one and two-person homes in the City of Gosnells over the next five years.

“Our Clara Street and Holland Street projects are prime examples of how Mac Homes is meeting that demand, with spacious apartments that are fully finished and competitively priced, with a contemporary design and quality specifications,” he said.

“Our focus is on making home purchasing easier and as streamlined as possible for consumers and investors by increasing the supply of quality, fully completed housing in high-demand locations across Perth.

“All Mac Homes come fully completed and ready to go and we have a fully integrated, end-to-end property development and construction program, taking projects from land acquisition and development preliminaries to design and construction, through to sales and marketing, after-sales customer service and strata property management.”

The gated, two-level Clara Street development will be managed by Mac Strata Management, which is part of the Mac Group.

Priced from $299,000, the apartments range from 81sq m to 162sq m, each with at least 52sq m of internal living space.

They feature floor tiling and carpets, painted skirting boards, LED downlights, a frameless shower screen and reverse-cycle airconditioning.

Kitchen highlights include stone benchtops, an undermounted sink, and a De’Longhi oven, cooktop, rangehood and dishwasher.

Four apartments have a courtyard, while the remainder have a generous balcony.

Just minutes from the Clara Street development, Mac Homes has 13 apartments next to Amaroo Village on secluded, tree-lined Holland Street. Priced from $309,000, they are set to appeal to downsizers and investors.

“Both the Clara Street and Holland Street apartments provide a unique and affordable opportunity to live a hassle-free, contemporary lifestyle in an established community,” Mr Knowles said.

“Not only can owners be confident their property is in an in-demand suburb with established amenity on the doorstep, the fact that the homes are already built and ready to move into also means there are none of the risks or delays associated with off-the-plan sales.

“There are also no complex house and land processes involved; buyers can see, touch and walk through our brand new homes before they’re purchased, then move into them, or rent straight away.

“Projects such as Clara Street and Holland Street offer property ownership that is hassle-free and virtually instant; maintenance is low and buyers can be confident the building and grounds will be well maintained to the highest standard.”

Mac Homes is also selling apartments in its St Andrews Private Estate development in Yanchep, and is nearing completion on projects in Inglewood and Maida Vale.
