Keren BellosEastern Reporter

The 30-year-old, who works for Celebration Homes, bought a 375sq m lot in stage one of the QUBE Piara Waters development last year after giving it top marks for price and location.

“Price was a major factor as I was looking at estates that were affordable,” she said.

“As a first-time homebuyer making the purchase on my own, I also needed the backing of a reputable developer.

“Mason Green ticked both boxes.

“The estate’s close proximity to multiple shopping centres, along with a vast array of major stores and amenities, was exceptionally appealing and accessibility to the freeway was paramount.”

Celebration Homes was the obvious choice to build Ms Wahrlich’s four-bedroom home, which she moved into with her partner more than one month ago.

She said her building journey had substantially broadened her construction knowledge and given her additional confidence when helping clients achieve their dream home.

“The speed and efficiency of the build with Celebration Homes was impeccable and the workmanship of such a high standard,” she said.

“Being able to assist with the design of the house and customise the selections has made the home feel really unique. It’s also been exciting to watch the transformation of Mason Green from bushland into an established residential community in such a short period of time.

“The public open space completed this month provides a relaxed feel to the estate. It is such a treat to have a park only a few steps away from the house.”

In the newly released stage 5B, there are nine lots within 50m of newly completed Boranup Park still for sale. Ranging from 300sq m to 441sq m, they start at $255,000. Titles are expected in August.

Also available are 13 stage three lots, which are the most elevated lots in the estate. They range from 273sq m to 425sq m and start at $248,000.

QUBE managing director Mark Hector said Mason Green had become established as a sought-after address thanks to its natural surroundings, proximity to the city, established amenities and attractions, and competitive pricing.

“With prices starting at just $248,000, buyers are delighted to discover that not only can they afford to build a brand new home in an established area but that they are so close to the city,” he said.

“With just 430 home sites to be developed in total at Mason Green Private Estate, the advice is to enquire now so that you don’t miss out.

“We’ve ensured that we’re offering a mix of blocks to suit a wide range of purchasers, whether they are looking for a compact, low-maintenance home or something big and spacious for the whole family.”
