New blocks at Bletchley Park

Keren BellosEastern Reporter

This next chapter in the premium Bletchley Park community will include blocks ranging from 375sq m to 625sq m, with prices starting at $299,000. Works are already under way, with titles expected in April next year.

The established residential community comprises more than 1000 homes nestled in 50ha of parks, bush and wetlands, including the newly completed Lane Gardens Park on Marnbu Road. With a stream winding through it, the park features equestrian-themed children’s play equipment in a nod to the estate’s history as a horse stud, barbecue spaces, picnic shelters and kick-about zones.

“Having the proposed school oval immediately opposite will make it a vital and usable space for all sorts of activities and sports,” Urban Quarter general manager Stuart Reside said.

“This will enable the park to evolve into a natural community hub for the entire eastern wing of the estate.”

Bletchley Park also has extended walking trails and cycle paths, providing residents with on-the-doorstep options for exercise and recreation.

Mr Reside said Bletchley Park was designed by people with families and from day one, their vision was to create a place where parents and children would feel effortlessly at home. That vision was now a reality and today Bletchley Park is a thriving community.
