New Byford Meadows land release expected to sell quickly

STRONG land sales at a Byford estate have resulted in the release of a new stage expected to sell quickly.

Byford Meadows’ stage 2B comprises 17 home sites ranging from 300sq m to 510sq m and starting at $167,000.

Titles are expected to be issued in December.

Selling agent George Metaxas, Terranovis, said the G&G Projects development would comprise 335 homes and have a dedicated primary school and village shopping centre when complete.
