PEARD Real Estate Hillarys dominated the group’s 2016-2017 Awards for Excellence last night.
The annual event recognises the top performing offices and staff for the past financial year, including agents, property management, administration, finance and settlement staff.
Real Estate Hillarys selling agent Jarrod O’Neil was the major winner, taking out all of the key sales categories including Highest Sales Achiever by Number of Sales, Highest Sales Achiever by Value Sold and Highest Listing Achiever.

The Hillarys branch was named Top Office by Value Sold and Top Office by Settled Sales for selling 505 properties to the value of $370 million, making it the overall winner on the night.
Peard Real Estate Group chief executive Peter Peard said the highly anticipated event was the company’s night of nights.
“We’ve got a great culture here at Peard and we love getting together and celebrating our achievements,” he said.
“It’s been a tough couple of years in real estate but we’ve seen some amazing office and individual results which showcase our group’s strength in the WA market.
“The event is an opportunity for employees to let their hair down and enjoy some time out of the office with colleagues, plus a bit of healthy competition always makes for a bit of fun on the night.
