WHILE some people prioritise a big block, separation from your neighbours and a nice backyard, there are others who appreciate the perks of life in a unit or apartment.
Many complexes now have fantastic facilities including pools, gyms and entertaining areas.
Coupled with the fact a unit is cheaper than a stand-alone house, and it’s easy to see why people make the choice.
