AFTER an injury ended his career as a mechanical fitter Harcourts Mandurah director Lee Perry went on to become a million dollar agent.

He will share his story at “Home Grown Heroes”, a special seminar for real estate agents this month.

Hosted by Goals International, the event will bring together some of the most successful members of the WA property industry to explain the philosophies and processes behind their achievements.

“Success leaves clues and we have gathered some of the state’s best and brightest to share their stories,” director Ryan Thompson said.

“Along with Lee, we have Glenn Newland of The Professionals Stirling Clark, who dropped out of school in Year 10 and spent the next 10 years with no direction or motivation.

“Now he is a six-time million-dollar writer and the co-owner of the most successful Professionals franchise in WA.”

Other speakers include Laura Levisohn who started her career as a receptionist and moved through the ranks to become the licensee and director of M Residential, Century 21 Team Brockhurst director Josh Brockhurst, michaelkeil.com Property director Michael Keil, Elite Property Campaigns founder Gia Le, Basil Zempilas and Mr Thompson.

Mr Thompson said the hardest part of achieving any goal was usually starting in the first place.

“We all have amazing possibilities and potential just waiting inside us, but most of them will die waiting for us to take action,” he said.

“Our speakers have taken action and are getting outstanding results, by sharing their pathways to success others can follow in their footsteps.”

The seminar will be held at Crown Perth on Thursday, August 24 from 9am to 5pm.

Agents wanting to book seats should contact Goals International on 0437 487 035.
