Ride to Conquer Cancer: Peard staff do their bit to raise funds

Bronwyn DonovanEastern Reporter

The Perth event comprised a two-day, 200km return journey from Taylor Reserve in Victoria Park to Hall Park in Mandurah, with an overnight campout.

Peard’s team captain David Lynch and Sam Mannino (both from the Scarborough office), Les Lindsay (Hillarys office), Pauline Lyon (Joondalup office) and Shaun Pettit (Leederville office) raised more than $18,500, which will go to the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.

“I have attended the event since its conception and was awarded a gold medal this year to recognise that,” Mr Lynch said.
