“This infill development is exceptionally positioned only two kilometres from world-class beaches, with direct access to natural bushland and parks, as well as John XXIII College, Cottesloe Golf Club, HBF Stadium, Floreat Forum and the Claremont Quarter,” he said.

Mr Marra said the quick sales would soon lead to a new community contributing to the vibrancy of Mt Claremont.

“With only 49 residential lots, including two grouped housing sites, available across the entire development and close to half expected to be sold by mid-year, it won’t take long for this area to become a vibrant and connected place to live,” he said.

St John’s Wood is a 6.5ha infill site at the corner of Stephenson Avenue and Rochdale Road.

It is set among the natural bushland of neighbouring Daran and Bold parks.

About 40 per cent of the site will be transferred to the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority and retained as natural bushland.

Mr Marra said the bush surroundings were a unique feature of the development, with many buyers attracted to this natural beauty while still being able to enjoy the convenience of city living.

LandCorp will also create new public open space that will be integrated with Daran |Park.
