South Perth apartment building at pinnacle of success

THE tallest apartment building in South Perth has reached its pinnacle, with the $63 million tower’s “topping out” celebrated last month.

The highest beam was hoisted in place at developer Zone Q Investments’ 20-storey project Pinnacle South Perth on the corner of Charles Street and Labouchere Road, overlooking the zoo.

Designed by architecture firm Hassell, the $100 million development includes a seven-storey commercial building.

As builder Jaxon heads into the final construction phases, 80 per cent of the 102 apartments have sold.

There are 15 one-bedroom apartments starting at $485,000 and nine two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments priced from $798,000 for sale.

Zone Q sales manager Vivian Zhang said the project had generated strong interest from downsizers and young professionals keen to be part of South Perth’s revitalised and expanded residential and commercial precinct.

“A highly desirable mix of location, stylish design, quality finishes and first-class recreational facilities, Pinnacle South Perth is proving its strength in the market,” Ms Zhang said.
