SPADACCINI Homes has added another award to its trophy cabinet after winning the WA Home of the Year prize at the HIA WA Housing Awards last Friday.
The builder took home the prestigious award for a three-storey custom home on Seaward Loop in Sorrento less than a month after the same home won the HIA Perth Home of the Year prize.
HIA judges said they were “hard-pressed” to find fault with any of the workmanship in the luxury residence.

READ NOWTwenty-eight other major awards were also handed out on the night at the WA State Reception Centre in Kings Park in front of more than 200 members of the building industry and special guests.
Gold Style Homes & Pulse Property Solutions went home with the gong for WA Apartment Complex of the Year for their boutique development in Joondanna, Tallwood Constructions was awarded WA Renovation/Addition Project of the Year and WA Framed Home of the Year, and Humphrey Homes was named WA Residential Building Designer of the Year.
