THE Perth public will get a first up-close look at the 2019 Telethon Home by New Level when it opens for viewing this weekend.
Like last year’s home, it is on Evergreen Grove in The Hales residential estate at Forrestfield.

READ NOWThe two-storey residence on 450sq m is designed to make a statement in the street, with a modern elevation featuring cladding panels and tri-colour bricks typical of New Level Homes design.
Inside, a mix of open-plan living and private areas aims to create the right balance between family and personal space.
“Creating central spaces that the family can enjoy together whilst also having a private oasis is an outstanding feature of this year’s home,” New Level Homes general manager Jim Ilias said.
“Increasing the flow of natural elements into the home, all living areas have direct access to the courtyards.”
Large glass doors open to seamlessly connect the ground-floor open-plan living, meals and kitchen zone with two outdoor areas.
Also opening to a courtyard is an activity room, which combines with three bedrooms, bathroom and separate powder room to create a kids’ sanctuary.
Upstairs, a treetop view is the focal point of the upstairs master suite also featuring a lounge area, private balcony and luxurious ensuite with dressing vanity, free-standing bath and large open shower.
The floor plan includes a front lounge room on the lower level.
The 2019 Telethon Home by New Level at 4 Evergreen Grove is open Monday and Tuesday from 2pm to 4pm and Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 5pm until it goes under the hammer.
Re/max will auction the home on site at 11am on October 27.
There will be a free carnival from 9am to noon on the day.
New Level Homes, part of the InVogue family owned by JWH Group, Satterley and The Hales will donate part proceeds from the home’s sale to Telethon.
