All of this will come into play when he calls his first auction for Realmark this weekend.

Mr Gossage said he was nervous, but incredibly excited.

“Once I clear the way with all the official real estate jargon, I will hopefully step straight into my style and get top dollar,” he said.

Realmark managing director John Percudani said he was extremely excited to have Mr Gossage on board as an auctioneer and wished him well with his first auction.

“Having someone of Tim’s profile choose to partner with Realmark for his debut on the auction stage is a true testament to the brand of Realmark,” he said.

You can see Mr Gossage in action at 25 Learoyd Street, Mt Lawley at 11am.
