Two Rocks blocks in Atlantis estate selling like hotcakes

Keren BellosEastern Reporter

Estate project director Jarrod Rendell said sales of family-size blocks at the Two Rocks development had been very strong since the start of the year and included buyers from as far as Perth’s outer southern suburbs.

“Larger size home sites have proven very attractive to property buyers because Atlantis Beach is one of few coastal estates in Perth that can offer a wide range of these larger home sites at very affordable prices,” he said.

“Buyers who are seeking larger home sites in prime lifestyle locations, such as the on the coast, now have to pay premium prices in almost all locations because lots above 400sq m are becoming increasingly rare.”

He said buyer demand had driven changes to the Mulloway land release, with 10 smaller lots replanned as five blocks each measuring more than 500sq m and priced from $199,000.

Mr Rendell said home buyers were also attracted to Atlantis Beach because it was part of a thriving community.

“Two Rocks is a unique beachside community with existing facilities, including shops, schools, restaurants and a marina,” he said.

“Transport links to Perth and Joondalup have been greatly improved by the Butler train station, and direct and regular bus links between it and Two Rocks.

“These local facilities will be significantly enhanced further over the coming years by major new social infrastructure, such as Atlantis Beach Baptist College, which will open at the beginning of next year.”

The Atlantis Beach sales office is at 1/8 Enterprise Avenue and is open from 11am to 5pm on Monday to Wednesday, and from 11am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
