Zahra on Angove first residents move in

Located in the Harbour Rise estate on the corner of Angove Drive and Whitfords Avenue, the homes are superbly located opposite Whitford Nodes reserve and walking distance to Sorrento Quay’s entertainment, shopping, cafes, restaurants and ferry to Rottnest Island.

The three-storey Zahra on Angove complex has 18 apartments, made up of one one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit; five two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments; and 12 three-bedroom, two-bathroom executive suites including the four top-floor penthouses, all with two car bays each.

Most recently, Lot One Kitchen also opened in one of the complex’s three commercial tenancies.

Sue Carter moved in just over two weeks ago and has embraced her new-found lifestyle.

“I moved from Hepburn Heights in Padbury from a three-bedroom home we built 14 years ago,” she said.

“It’s been great; I wanted to still be in the area and have the facility of the pool and be able to just go out and walk.

“I love the environment, I’m a member of the yacht club and I have a north-facing balcony so I get all the sunshine.

“There’s no gardening and there are so many opportunities to have lots of coffees and walks. It’s a good move and one that I’m glad I’ve made.”

Designed by Harden Jones Architects, the apartments have modern floor plans with open-plan living and entertaining spaces and come in two stylish colour palettes to choose from.

Each apartment is drenched in natural light, with full-height glazing complementing a long list of high-quality fittings and finishes including wool-blend carpet, 20mm composite stone benchtops, Miele kitchen appliances, LED lighting and split-system airconditioning to the living areas and bedrooms.

The homes also feature balconies for outdoor entertaining and relaxing in sizes up to 53sq m.

The secure complex also features CCTV cameras in the lobby and car park, video intercom access to the apartments and a lap pool.

Realmark North Coastal director and selling agent Jeanette Bates described the development as a fantastic buy as it is the only apartment complex currently available in Hillarys.

“Zahra offers every lifestyle choice, whether you are downsizing without compromising, are a professional couple, a boat or beach lover, or simply seeking that fresh coastal change,” she said.

“This truly is a seaside position like no other.”
