BAYSWATER-MORLEY crushed Rockingham-Mandurah by seven wickets on Saturday to keep their slim Premier Cricket finals hopes alive.
The Bears resumed at 3-53 in pursuit of Rockingham-Mandurah’s 141 at Hillcrest Oval, but were guided to victory by Aaron Todd and Robbie Guy.
Number three batsman Todd faced 169 balls for his patient 63.
He combined with Guy (62) in a 114-run stand, as the hosts reached 9-237 before declaring in search of wickets.
Craig Simmons was the pick of the bowlers for the Mariners with three wickets.
His side finished 6-145 to close the fixture, with Dane Ugle scoring a quick half-century, while Nathan Rimmington returned with two wickets.
