Beechboro beaten at Altone Park in Metro Football League return

Justin BianchiniEastern Reporter

BEECHBORO played its first game at Altone Park after a four-year absence in Metro Football League competition on Sunday.

Despite the windy day and the 10-goal loss to Brighton, the club said it had a good turnout and there were positives out of the loss.

Veteran Alan Turvey (35) was best on ground, picking up more than 30 possessions.
