Kristie LimEastern Reporter

TWIN tons from a couple of Bayswater-Morley youngsters was not enough as the Bears again went down to Wanneroo at Kingsway Sports Ground on Saturday.

Wanneroo proved far too strong as they reached 9-238 in pursuit of the below par total early on Saturday.

Bayswater-Morley had managed only 133 on the first day, with the Roos taking a 105-run lead.

Ross Loiacono was the pick of the bowlers with 3-20, while Luke Waterhouse took two scalps in a decent bowling display.

Twin tons from Bears young guns Mitch Todd (116 not out) and Josh Philippe (102 not out) showed the promise both players possess but the game had already been lost.

Bayswater-Morley finished 4-257 in the second innings, importantly showing they are still a difficult side to beat.
