Women’s AFL Masters Football a chance to represent WA

THE dream to play State football remains alive even after the age of 30.

WA is to send a team of footballers to the Women’s AFL Masters Football Carnival in Coffs Harbour in September.

It is the second time the State will compete in the championships after making its debut last year.

Organisers are looking for recruits from all levels of experience, with training to begin this Saturday.

The competition, which runs from September 30 to October 7, is open to women aged 30 and above.

Training begins at 10am at Ollie Worrell Reserve in High Wycombe.
