Back to Country celebrates history of Hamilton Hill

Back to Country – Celebrating Our History will take a look at the site’s past through environmental tours, workshops, displays and tree planting.

Among the activities will be milking displays, Clydesdale ploughing and wagon rides, live music and a petting farm.

The free event is being put together under a partnership between the Hamilton Hill Community Group, Randwick Stables Community Garden and the Friends of Clontarf Hill.

It will be held between 10am and 4pm at the stables, located at 24 Rockingham Road in Hamilton Hill.

The City of Cockburn provided $16,600 to get the event up and running.
