Bullying gets the heave-ho

Also joined by students from White Gum Valley Primary School, the event is now in its third year and teaches children to say no to bullying and violence.

The day also saw the inauguration of the Safe Schools are Smart Schools competition, during which Fremantle MHR Melissa Parke said there was no place for bullying in or outside schools.

The competition recognised great initiative to address the issue, she added.
