Chloe gets neighbourly on set

Ng, who spent most of the last year overseas, will play character Aurora Green.

Details are scarce but her first episode will air in Australia in late February and in the UK in March.

“I feel really blessed to have had the opportunity to be a part of such an iconic Australian show that’s been around for over 30 years,” Ms Ng said.

“To get to learn all you can from such an established set – that’s a privilege.”

The talented 24-year-old also spent last August and September in Abu Dhabi to shoot a new children’s TV series.

“The amazing thing is that both those roles I booked were briefed as ‘any ethnicity’, not specifically a stereotypical role, which I see as a small step moving towards colour-blind casting and I couldn’t be more happy about that,” she said.
